Water Level Monitoring Using IoT ( Kerala Water Authority)
In Sabarimala, Kerala, where network coverage was weak, especially during off- season, BSNL was the only working option. Previously, people had to go deep into the forest to check water levels and operate tanks.
But with the new smart device, everything changed. No more forest trips needed. The device enabled remote motor control, real-time water level monitoring, and had a backup battery.
This project revolutionized water tank management. Now, it's in use with the Kerala Water Authority, simplifying tasks and lowering risks. It's a great example of how technology can address real-world challenges effectively.
