Fees for our services are outlined in individual project proposals or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use such information only for the purposes of the project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinqbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tinqbit harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
